  • To whom in the industry is our company compatible in goods and services?
  • Who in the industry is positioned to acquire an opportunity?  (Share holders, war chest, demographics, R&D, etc.)
  • Which acquirer would see the greatest benefit and likely to pay the most?
  • What about economies of scale, market share, profitability and quantitative, qualitative, fundamental and technical benefits?
  • Who needs to grow to stay competitive?
  • Who is ready, willing and able to make and acquisition?
  • There is also a host of up and comer's who are looking for opportunities. Many of whom are equipped financially and desirous to buy and grow a company.
  • What about national and international buyers?
